M10 x 1.5 x 24mm single banjo bolt (BJO/BLT-22) with a hex head, made from carbon steel with a black zinc plated finish and supplied with 2 copper washers. It is a hollow, cross-drilled bolt for connecting a banjo fitting or hose end to a threaded port so that fluid can pass through the bolt. Sold as one bolt.

Typical uses

Banjo bolts are commonly used to connect hoses and pipes on brake and clutch hydraulics, fuel lines and oil lines on cars, motorcycles, tractors and machinery. Check that the thread, pitch, length and the pressure and fluid rating are suitable for your system.

Fitting tips

• Fit one copper washer on each side of the banjo eye and use new washers whenever the bolt is refitted.
• Make sure the cross-drilled hole sits inside the banjo eye so fluid can flow.
• Tighten to the torque given by the vehicle, brake or hose manufacturer. Fitting by a competent person is recommended.
